PRINCIPALS

Andrew Harbison, President, has more than 19 years of experience in all aspects of refrigeration and cooling, and HVAC. He holds an Indiana Master HVAC License, Indiana Journeyman Refrigeration License, Indiana Master Refrigeration License, Kentucky Journeyman Mechanical License, Kentucky Master Mechanical License, and EPA Refrigerant Certification. He also holds a degree in HVAC from Oakland City University.

Gregg Fickas, Vice President, has 16 years of experience in fabrication and stainless steel work, boiler installation, duct work, exhaust hood systems, make-up air systems, and design/build of portable refrigeration equipment. He has the EPA Refrigerant Certification, also an accomplished geothermal installer and designer.

Technical Team. Our technical team is licensed and has both broad and in-depth industry experience in every phase of our services and products. Our employees are loyal and have years of service with us.
